Bubbly Dynamics :: Construction Associate
The construction associate will work on a wide range of building projects in support of Bubbly Dynamics’ mission, often with salvaged materials and new technologies. Tasks may include rough framing, finishing, fabrication, equipment installation, maintenance, pipefitting, electrical, masonry, drywall, demolition, and getting very, very dirty. This position will be primarily based at 1100 W. 37th St., where we are completing interior renovations at the building next door to our first building, Bubbly. Full details are here.

We incubate small businesses in formerly vacant, industrial buildings located in disinvested communities, while implementing creative approaches to resource and energy efficiencies. Bubbly Dynamics is the owner/operator and design team of two buildings, The Plant (1400 W. 46th St.) and Bubbly (1048 W. 37th St.).
