The Pop Up Get Down
The Pop Up Get Down is a monthly party presented by Backyard Fresh Farms in collaboration with Whiner Beer Company & The Plant. We combine a night market with the hottest up-and-coming food producers in Chicago with a Funk Soul dance party. B-sides and hits spun on vinyl all night by Matt "Mo" Manley of Soul Summit.

Tour of The Plant
Take a behind-the-scenes tour from the perspective of the founder and the design team behind The Plant. Come learn about Bubbly Dynamics’ creative approaches to reimagine what is conventionally considered "waste" as a valuable asset and see how tenant businesses collaborate and create amazing food products while striving to increase efficiencies of all types.

Tickets for the tour may be purchased in advance here or at the door. Please be aware that purchase of a tour ticket does NOT include admission to the event. Admission for the event will take place separately, at the door. There’s plenty of time to enjoy both the event and the tour!
