Got shipping needs over the holidays? Order *free* repurposed packing supplies from EcoShip at least 72 hours in advance and pick them up at the market; just write "The Plant Pick-Up" in the comments section of the order form.
Come hungry! MeetStop by Ste. Martaen will be popping up in the taproom with vegan comfort food, and Whiner's pizza kitchen will be slinging pies as usual.

Tours of The Plant take place at 2pm; meet in lobby. Take a behind-the-scenes tour from the perspective of the founder and the design team behind The Plant. Come learn about Bubbly Dynamics’ creative approaches to reimagine what is conventionally considered "waste" as a valuable asset and see how tenant businesses collaborate and create amazing food products while striving to increase efficiencies of all types. Tour size is limited so please consider purchasing tickets in advance.
Then join into a free tour of Whiner Beer Company’s brewery, led by the brewers themselves; just meet in the lobby at 3pm if you’re only angling for the brewery tour.
Taproom is open til 8pm, and pizza kitchen will be open until 7pm.
