Join us for a rejuvenating Forest Therapy walk on Sat. Apr. 6 in The Plant’s backyard, nestled in the historic heart of Packingtown.
Alicia Frizzle, an expert in Forest Therapy, will guide this nurturing excursion. She will introduce participants to a series of mindfulness practices, deep breathing exercises, and gentle movements designed to facilitate relaxation. This session is crafted to be leisurely and welcoming for participants of all ages and fitness levels.
Please keep an eye on the weather forecast and dress accordingly. Since we’ll be outdoors for a while, layering could be key for your comfort, especially in cooler weather. Don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!
