We celebrated springtime at The Plant with the launch party for the One Earth Film Festival, and Whiner and Back of the Yards Algae Sciences are at it again with a St. Patrick’s Day special, a beer naturally colored green with phycocyanin, an extract of blue-green algae that is a safe food colorant.

Plus, we continue to release findings from our work, including a cost/benefit analysis of our corrugated cardboard and LDPE plastic film processing as well as a write-up on energy efficiency and renewable energy strategies.
