Wherein John and Carolee go off to Montréal and beyond for a consulting effort to renovate a former pulp and paper plant in Trois-Rivières, Québec. Site recon started with visits to local food business incubators, and you can get a peek at lots of dramatic vacant spaces in the huge facility that's being repurposed into a food business accelerator.

We also announced My Trashy Valentine, a market featuring REmakers from Nowhere Collective and their creatively upcycled goods. Plus, 77 Flavors of Chicago stopped by to provide virtual visits to the Packingtown Museum.
